Cancelation policy
If you need to change or cancel the service for your appointment, Please make the adjustment until 24:00 of the day before your appointment.
You can cancel free of charge up to 24:00 on the day of your booking. After that, you will be charged 100% of the amount of the appointment(s).
No show policy
In the event of no show, we will charge the client 100% of the amount of the appointment(s).
Redo policy
Client redo’s will only be honored if we are contacted within 3 days and you revisit us within 7 days of the original service.
Refund policy
We do not offer monetary refunds on services rendered.
